Nothing short of an academic prodigy, Ociel is engaged, on-time and always at the top of his classes - he is the example every Rosewell student should follow.

He's also Rosewell Academy's student council president, helping out with organizing school events and enforcing student regulations. Ociel is kind, but strict - if he catches you slacking or breaking some rule, he won't hesitate to lay it on you! Because of this, many students see him as a bit of a killjoy.

Since so much of his time is devoted to school and his studies, Ociel rarely has time to himself... not that he has many hobbies to begin with.

Ociel has a zero tolerance for mischief - so when Simona comes barrelling into his life, a natural rivalry sparks between the two. They are often seen bickering with each other on campus.
